CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are committed to providing a first class service to all our customers. You can contact us via our e-mail address or telephone as listed below during normal office hours. When purchasing items from us you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions Policy:


CREDIT CARDS
We accept all major credit cards and payments via paypal or through our secure Santu/Globecharge  payment gateway. However, your credit card will NOT be processed until goods are ready for dispatch. All orders are sent direct from the Peartree Heybridge Warehouse.

Once your order has been processed we destroy all credit card details and do not keep copies on our system. We are PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant & paypal verified. Our systems are monitored regularly by our card providers www.elavon.co.uk/pci to ensure that credit card data collection is secure at all times.

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from us, however, if you are dissatisfied with your items for any reason; we send you the wrong item, your items do not arrive, or you receive faulty goods - please make sure to contact us within 14 working days of your order date via email or telephone so that we can arrange for a return of goods to the warehouse and send replacement items/arrange for a full refund (includes postage should you decide that you do not want a replacement).


New and unopened items that are not faulty should be returned in their original product packaging and returned in re-saleable condition.


Once the goods have been returned to us we will either refund your credit card/paypal account in full (including postage), send you a credit note - or we will send a replacement item -whichever you prefer.
